Games

  • A strong mechanic that’s been expanded a bit too far, making for samey – if psychedelic – gameplay.

  • A short but sweet interactive cartoon whose charming story stumbles into a tone-killing minefield of trial-and-error.

  • Cute as a button shaped like a pug puppy, kids (and adults, to a point) should enjoy this varied cartoony puzzler.

  • It’s mostly more of the same for the series, but Universal play and Retina support make this enduring favourite shine again.

  • Some frustratingly difficult later levels, but otherwise this enjoyable dam-building puzzle is top of the class.

  • A cute, relaxing airline manager that hits some turbulence in the form of limited depth and – much like Tiny Tower – too much waiting.

  • A solid, enjoyable foundation – but structural niggles soon grate, keeping this bear from getting the honey it would otherwise deserve.

  • Great level design and the need for a thoughtful approach – this could well convince you you’re not done with hurl-’em puzzlers just yet.
