Apps

  • The simple structuring of tasks that Finish enables won’t work for everyone, but it’s nicely designed and could be right for you.

  • OCR is difficult to do on mobile, and despite much promise, FineReader Touch suffers from some very poor results.

  • The app works well and is easy to use. We’re just not sold on the idea of a video CV.

  • With tweaks to the user interface, we can see this night-time photography app becoming essential. Currently, we’re using it with caution.

  • On an iPhone it’s not great, but on the iPad, MyScript Calculator is much more usable and useful.

  • Needs more patience than your average photo app, but persevere and the results are excellent.

  • It’s hard to find a reason to use this instead of Pinterest, but it’s still a competent clipping app.

    An interesting take on the browser, but ultimately we’re not sure why we’d choose this over Google Chrome as an alternative to Safari.
